Product & Technology

TreeAiD is a SaaS + IoT-based platform that offers:

  • AI-based tree disease detection using camera + image data

  • IoT sensors that track soil moisture, temperature, and stress indicators

  • Digital twin models of trees and forests for planning and forecasting

  • Mobile and dashboard apps for municipalities, arborists, and field teams

  • Real-time alert systems and decision support tools

Sensors are optional but enhance system accuracy. The software alone can be deployed via smartphone-based image uploads.

International Experience
  • Japan pilots launched with landscape partners

  • Strategic partnerships with Microsoft & arborist networks

  • Localized UX/UI design adaptable to multiple languages and species

Why Africa?
  • Urbanization and climate change threaten urban trees (e.g. PSHB, wildfires)

  • Urban municipalities lack digital tools for tree health monitoring

  • Governments are prioritizing ESG and climate-resilient urban planning

  • National tree-planting campaigns (e.g. 15B trees by 2032 in Kenya) require monitoring infrastructure.

  • The primary goal of this Africa expansion mission is to validate market fit for Greener Lab’s AI-based tree healthcare solutions and explore business opportunities through strategic meetings with public institutions and local companies. This mission aims to build partnerships, localize our offering, and lay the foundation for long-term collaboration in sustainable urban forestry and smart green infrastructure.

Why GreenerLab?
  • Reduces labor cost and time for inspections by up to 90%

  • Enables predictive rather than reactive tree care

  • Supports ESG reporting and biodiversity tracking
Makes tree care accessible even to non-experts through AI.
